Job Description
· Lead support and troubleshooting of incidents for JDE system. Resolve problems by performing root cause analysis and lead the implementation of corrective and preventative actions
· Lead security vulnerability remediation of JDE system components
· Package Management, User Management, Object Management Workbench
· Server Manager for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
· Execute maintenance and upgrades of JDE system including ESU’s, ASU’s and Service Packs
· Execute RASP initiatives (Reliability, Availability, Scalability, and Performance) for JDE system
· Participate in enterprise systems evaluation testing/proof of concepts for JDE system
· Author network and/or systems diagrams, including configuration parameters related to JDE
· Provide support for User Defined Objects (UDO) and Application Interface Services (AIS)
· Manage changes according to change management policies and processes
· Consistently demonstrate company values and expected behaviors.
· Other duties as assigned.
Desired Previous Experience
· 6+ years of JDE CNC experience in 9.1+ (Oracle WebLogic, Windows Servers, SQL Server)
· Ability to lead technology projects and major enhancements to JDE platform
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
· Business Analysis skills are a plus
· A Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computer science or equivalent combination of skills and experience
